Using fake eyelashes to make a statement.

Beautiful eyes have always been a sign of feminine grace and beauty. Those that have really long eyelashes are considered to be extremely pretty and charming. But what if you don’t have long eyelashes. Well you don’t need to fret at all. With a simple application of the fake eyelashes, you can get one step closer to being extremely glamorous. The false eyelashes are available in a variety of fibbers, colors and styles. It’s also quite simple to attach the fake eyelashes to your own natural eyelashes.

Simply measure the fake eyelashes that you have with your own eyelashes and trim off the extra eyelash with a pair of scissors. Gently even out the edges so that you get a totally natural look.  For the application, apply a very thin strip or line of the eyelash glue. Allow the glue to dry for a few seconds.

Use a pair of tweezers or your own fingers and apply the strip of the fake eyelashes from the outward corner of your eye to the inward corner of your eye. Use a damp cotton bud; to gently dab the eyelashes in the place. These false eyelashes should be stuck as close a possible to your very own eyelashes. Now apply the eyeliner and mascara as you would apply normally on your eyelashes.

If you don’t like the eyelashes that are false, you can even go for eyelash extensions. These eyelash extensions are very extension and can cost more than $100. However they remain in place for only a few months and even then the eyelashes have to be touched up on a regular basis.

For a more permanent solution check out the surgical process of transplanting the hair follicles from your scalp to the eyelid. This process should be discussed with your doctor, who can tell you whether you should go ahead with such a procedure or not. This is an expensive procedure. Also check whether your health insurance will provide for the same or not. Else you may have to take private financing.
